Not the usual RH bill
The RH bill is the most popular political issue in the country. The usual issues related to it are the use of contraceptives and the access to sex education. Treatment on abortion complication is not usually discussed in debates concerning the bill. However, it is also attacked by the Church. their main concern is that the abortion rate might increase if the bill is passed. No matter what happens, abortion will always be present and the rate night be high. The problem is that not all women who have undergone abortion is going to admit they had it, because of public ridicule. If they pass the bill, with the rule of treating abortion patients, many more will survive physically and mentally.

Additions
At this time and age, abortion is a strong word to people with the right mind and idea about it. Abortion is when a woman, who is pregnant, decides to terminate the pregnancy. Majority of the population around the world would say, "NO" to abortion, while others try to fight or find a way to get some assistance from those who care about it. Well, at this point we are taking the risk of going for abortion in such a way we point out why we need to help those women with problems relating to it.
This whole life cycle is about learning from people who are experienced. For example; we learn from our elders, which are our parents, teachers or anyone older than us. This is because they have been there and they know the consequences if we don't follow. The rules and regulations we still follow when we mature were made by the people in the earlier ages. Going back to abortion, yes, it is a bad example for everyone. Anyone who would know or find about you being part of an abortion will think differntly in a negative way about you. If this was a religious stand, we would understand that you are killing a soul, in other words, you are still killing a person, which is murder.
If you look and analyze through the situation, even if we do kill an innocent being that hasn't been developed, the woman, who is still affected by it will still need treatment. So, basically, what we are trying to fight for is to help those women who are in need of treatment due to abortion. We are in the 21st century, people make mistakes and are in need of help. We all should be helpful citizens to those we know who have gone through abortion and not treat them with less respect. For those women who get complications from abortion, they need to be treated since their life is also at stake. These women, if not treated, they experience problems, such as vomitting, Diarrhea, Nausea, and bleeding. Other complications are sepsis, foul-smelling discharge, damage to other organs, high fever, and the complications can lead to death. These women have experinced trauma from abortion and going through the process alone. They do not need any mor judgement and if complications arise, they should be treated like any other patient with respect.

Realities and Responsibilities
Having taken up GENDERS class, more and more realities set in. My professor mentioned that as a woman gets a complication from induced abortion, usually, no hospital would accept her. It seemed terrible. In ou next session, we watched "If these walls could talk", a movie about three different women's experience about abortion. The first story was the most graphic and realistic, if it were set in the Philippines. A widow was impregnated by her brother-in-law. To save face, she decided to have an abortion. She looked for information secretly, and found a doctor that would come to her house and perform the procedure. I had to cover my ears and eyes during that scene, because it felt terrible as well. Later on, the woman died, because of hemmorhage. Later on, I read this article by Michael Tan entitled, Abortion: Realities and Responsibilities. He stated what women go through in the Philippines when it came to abortion. Wouldn't it be better if they receive treatment for the complications from induced abortion and their punishment to be lessen?
